Maintenance Technician - HVAC/ Refrigeration (W)

Wendy's is looking for Maintenance technicians to perform service, installation and preventative maintenance on all types of commercial HVAC equipment.
The Maintenance Technician is accountable for diagnosis and troubleshooting of systems, operation, maintenance and repair of all makes and models of HVAC equipment.
We can promise a new problem will need to be addressed in every service call.
Responsibilities:
o You will diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate systems and explain fully to the operator what the issue is and what needs to be corrected o Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies o Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include as directed in accordance with established procedures o Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service o Maintain general facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment o Ensure maintenance supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary o Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed o Maintain a proactive and well organized system to ensure assigned areas of the facility are fully functional and clean o Assure that work areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies, etc.
are properly stored before leaving such areas on breaks or for end of workday o Consistently strive to improve work skills with respect to core responsibilities o Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed o Operate and repair a wide variety of maintenance equipment o Performs other duties as assigned
